State Secretary Lucić received the Ambassador of India in the Republic of Croatia

The State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, Zdenko Lucić met with Ambassador of India in the Republic of Croatia, Arindam Bagchi. The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador’s associates, Second Secretary Harish Kumar Narula and Marketing Executive Mario Stančin. At the meeting they discussed ways to strengthen economic cooperation between Croatia and India, and Lucić presented investment potential and investment opportunities in Croatia, as well as examples of successful investments by Indian companies. Proposals for institutional integration and cooperation in the field of innovative investment and exchange of experience were also discussed.

The Ambassador Bagchi informed the State Secretary of 5th ”India-Europe 29 Business Forum”, which will be held from November 20 to 21, 2019 in New Delhi, sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India and the Confederation of Indian Industry – CII, with the aim of connecting and initiating cooperation between Indian and European companies. This year’s forum focuses on 5 sectors: Artificial Intelligence, IT and ITeS (Information Technology Enabled Services), Pharmaceuticals, Renewable Energy and Smart Cities. A week before the event, in New Delhi will be held B2B and B2C ”India International Trade Fair (IITF)” which, as the Ambassador emphasized, represents a good opportunity for business interaction and networking entrepreneurs
