On January 1, 2023, the new Regulation on investment promotion entered into force (Official Gazette, 156/22).
The Regulation governs investment incentives in the Republic of Croatia given on the basis of the Investment Promotion Act (Official Gazette, 63/22), by prescribing the form and mandatory content of the Application for the use of investment incentives with associated forms; procedure for application, approval and use of incentives, including criteria and method of calculating incentives; mandatory content of the annual report on the implementation of the investment project and the use of incentives; the documentation that must be submitted for the approval of the use of incentives, i.e. the exercise of the right to the payment of approved incentives; and other related issues.
