The Physical Planning Act (OG 153\/13, 65\/17, 114\/18, 39\/19, 98\/19) regulates the system of physical planning: goals, principles and subjects of physical planning, monitoring the situation in space and the area of \u200b\u200bphysical planning, conditions for physical planning, adoption of the Physical Development Strategy of the Republic of Croatia, physical plans including their development and adoption procedure, implementation of physical plans, development of construction land, property institutes for development of construction land and supervision.<\/p>\n

PHYSICAL PLANNING INFORMATION SYSTEM (ISPU)<\/a><\/p>\n

The physical planning information system\u00a0is an application from the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property that integrates the Geoportal, Cadastre and physical plans for the end user, i.e.,\u00a0provides every user with easy access to information on the rules of use of space, draft plans and reports at public hearings.<\/p>\n
