{"id":51639,"date":"2026-02-20T15:39:37","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T15:39:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investcroatia.gov.hr\/?p=51639"},"modified":"2026-02-20T15:39:37","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T15:39:37","slug":"ministry-of-economy-launches-fully-digital-system-for-state-aid-and-strategic-investment-support","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investcroatia.gov.hr\/en\/ministry-of-economy-launches-fully-digital-system-for-state-aid-and-strategic-investment-support\/","title":{"rendered":"Ministry of Economy Launches Fully Digital System for State Aid and Strategic Investment Support"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"353\" data-end=\"601\">The Ministry of Economy has carried out a comprehensive digitalisation of the process for granting and monitoring state aid through the eInvestments platform, which constitutes a single information system integrating procedures from three key laws:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"764\">\n<li data-section-id=\"zthdx1\" data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"635\">\n<p data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"635\">the Investment Promotion Act<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1j5xmmc\" data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"704\">\n<p data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"704\">the Strategic Investment Projects of the Republic of Croatia Act<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2arnq8\" data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"764\">\n<p data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"764\">the State Aid for Research and Development Projects Act<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"1114\">This is a system that, at the national level, covers the entire investment cycle \u2014 from receiving applications, evaluation and decision-making, to monitoring project implementation, annual reporting, and payment of aid. In this way, a unified digital framework for managing state aid and investments in the Republic of Croatia has been established.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1335\">The platform enables entrepreneurs to submit applications, provide documentation, submit annual reports, and file payment requests entirely electronically through a system available at <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1334\">https:\/\/einvesticije.mingo.gov.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1507\">Paper documentation, sending attachments by post, and visits to institutions have been replaced by a single digital environment in which the entire procedure takes place.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1871\">Standardised digital forms have replaced previous formats, and the system automatically verifies data accuracy, displays relevant fields, and reduces the need for additional submissions.
