Aformentioned land plots are located in commercial/industrial use area (I1, I2, K2, K3) in Ivanić-Grad city, along a newly constructed road and have access to all utilities and municipal infrastructure connections.
Potential investors who are interested in establishing or expanding their facilities in this area, which is part of the so-called “Green Ring” area, located in the heart of Zagreb County and close to the capital city, are invited to submit their offers for this Public tender.
The total starting price for the land plots in question is €983,300.00.
