Based on the decisions of the Creditors Assembly, the bankruptcy manager of Modra špilja Plc announces the CALL for submission of binding bids for settlement of bankruptcy creditors and investment in the debtor’s company through the bankruptcy plan. Interested investors and/or strategic partners are invited to submit the bids no later than June 14, 2017.
In order to offer more possibilities to the interested investors to prepare high quality bids, the new determined deadline for submission of bids is: July 12, 2017 at 12:00.
